Highlights from Friday’s log:

American Wigeon – A 1st winter male and a female were on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Green-winged Teal – 1 was still on the Great Pool, Tresco.

White-rumped Sandpiper – 1 in Pentle Bay, Tresco.

Olive-backed Pipit – 1 St. Agnes.

Ortolan Bunting – 1 on still St. Agnes.

Barred Warbler – 1 again at Carn Gwaval.

Red-breasted Flycatcher – 1 still at Rowesfield crossroads ,Tresco.

Whooper Swan – 4 on Tresco.

Snow Bunting – 1 Tresco.

Ring Ouzel – 1 Tresco.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 3 St. Mary’s, 2 St. Agnes and 1 on Tresco.

Firecrest – 6 on St. Mary’s.

Wigeon – 1 Tresco.

Shoveler – 2 Tresco.

Little Grebe – 3 Tresco.

Jack Snipe – 1 in Lower Moors and 2 on Tresco.

Bar-tailed Godwit – 1 Tresco and 1 Green Island, Samson.

Great Skua – 2 from the Scillonian.

Mediterranean Gull – 3 Tresco.

Black Redstart – 2 Porthloo.

Lesser Whitethroat – 1 Porth Hellick.

Brambling – 1 Tresco.

Reed Bunting – 1 Tresco.
