In the evening 4 were hawking over Porth Hellick Pool along with 250+ Barn Swallows, 60+ House Martins and 15 Sand Martins. A guestimate of 6 would not be unreasonable. An unseasonal pair of Siskin were at Helvear, a Short-eared Owl was on Peninnis, a female Marsh Harrier was at Porth Hellick and 12 Whimbrel & a Bar-tailed Godwit were on Taylor’s Island, Porthloo.
Annet – 10 Purple Sandpipers.
