St Mary’s - *RED-RUMPED SWALLOW* at Peninnis Head at 14.55hrs when it flew towards Buzza Hill and could not be relocated.  Marsh Harrier over Telegraph early afternoon. Iceland Gull (2) on Porthloo Beach this evening and Med Gull at Watermill.

St Agnes - *RED-THROATED PIPIT* (summer plumage)at Porth Coose and showing well. Also Lapland Bunting by sluice this evening. Hobby over Covean at 13.50hrs. Little ringed Plover flew towards Porth Killier at 11.30hrs. Marsh Harrier over cricket pitch late morning and Spotted Flycatchers at the Parsonage and at Chapel Fields.

Bryher - WOODCHAT SHRIKE (male) again still at Vine farm this morning. Also Spotted Flycatcher (21) on island today (per Higgo)

Tresco - Blue-headed Wagtail at NW end of Great pool at Simpson’s Field late morning. Black-tailed Godwit (2) on Great Pool

St Mary’s - *LITTLE BITTERN* (fem) again in reeds from coastal path at Porth Hellick Pool at 2000hrs.  Also Grasshopper Warbler and Marsh Harrier over Porth Hellick Pool this morning. Elsewhere,  Iceland Gull still at Dump, Jackdaw (2) at Normandy, Whimbrel (5) at Porthloo and Eastern race Yellow Wagtail at Lower Moors.

Bryher - WOODCHAT SHRIKE still this afternoon in fields north of Vane Hill tho mobile and elusive. Also Whimbrel (11) and Whitethroat.

St Martin’s - Richard’s Pipit in sheep fields this afternoon but no sign this evening. Elsewhere Hen Harrier at Daymark and Redstart.

Tresco - Honey Buzzard flew towards Great Pool this afternoon. Also Blue-headed Wagtail at Great Pool and Marsh Harrier, Common Buzzard, Tree Pipit and Spotted Flycatcher on island today and Black- tailed Godwit (2), Jackdaw (3), Pintail, Wigeon & Whitethroat.

St Agnes - Spotted Flycatcher in Fruitcage. Also Whimbrel and Sanderling (6).

St. Mary’s - *LITTLE BITTERN* (fem)at Porth Hellick Pool from Sussex Hide and showing well on and off most of the day. Also Green Sandpiper at Porth Hellick. Iceland Gull again at Dump and  Jackdaw (2) at Old Town. Hobby over Porthloo & over Peninnis and Spotted Flycatcher at Holy Vale.

Bryher - WOOODCHAT SHRIKE again on the island today.

St. Agnes - Ruff (male) still at Peligris. Also Whimbrel (3)

St. Martin’s - Golden Oriole reported today on island. Also Spotted Flycatcher, Jackdaw and Tree Pipit

Tresco - Jackdaw (2) on island

St. Mary’s - Jackdaw (2) still  around the island and Iceland Gull still at the Dump. Hawfinch flew over Porth Hellick Pool and White Wagtail there. Common Buzzard flew over Lower Moors.

St. Agnes - Curlew Sandpiper, Ruff (male), Turtle Dove (first Scilly record this year), Whimbrel (25), Golden Plover (2) and a White Wagtail on island today.

St. Martin’s - WOODCHAT SHRIKE, Lesser Redpoll and Whimbrel(2) reported today.

St. Mary’s - Iceland Gull at dump still, Golden Plover (2) at  airport, Wheatear (17) between Porth Minnick and Airfield and twelve birds between Telegraph & Watermill and Jackdaw (2) roaming the island.

St. Agnes - Ruff (male) still on Periglis beach

St. Martins - Sanderling (13) and  Whimbrel (12)

St Mary’s -  Hawfinch (fem) at Porth Hellick Loop. Grasshopper Warbler at Higher Moors and Jackdaw (2) at Carn Friars. Also Wheatear (10) between Carn Friars & Airport.

St Agnes - Golden Plover (2), Whimbrel (19) and Tree Pipit reported on island today, also Male Ruff at Periglis

Western Rocks - Purple Sandpiper (16) and leucistic Puffin

St. Mary’s - Iceland Gull (2) still at Dump. Green Sandpiper at Porth Hellick Pool and GN Diver in The Roads

Tresco - *BONAPARTE’S GULL* past Carn Near today and LITTLE BUNTING still along Pool Road. Elsewhere, Whinchat, Dunlin (12) and Hawfinch flew over Old Grimsby.

St Agnes - Quail & Ring Ouzel at Wingletang.

St. Mary’s - Adult summer *BONAPARTE’S GULL* at Porthloo at 08:00hrs before flying off high over the Golf Course at 09:10hrs. RED-RUMPED SWALLOW over Helvear then over Watermill. (Later over Middletown St.Martin’s). Whimbrel (4; 2 at Morning Point; 1 Porthcressa and 1 Old Town), Summer plumage Golden Plover (1 Airport and 2 Peninnis), Iceland Gull still at Dump and Wheatear (15) at Airport and (3) at Porth Hellick beach.

Tresco - LITTLE BUNTING still along Pool Road. White Wagtail at Simpson’s Field and Wigeon and Pochard (with 5 young).

Tresco - LITTLE BUNTING still early afternoon 100yrds along Pool Road from path to David Hunt Hide in 2nd field of cut grass. Also Whimbrel (2), Sanderling (111), Dunlin (2), Wheatear (6) and White Wagtail at South Beach and GN Diver offshore. Pochard, Pintail and Swift (3) at Great Pool.

St Mary’s - Grasshopper Warbler and Swift (3) at Porth Hellick.

Annet - GN Diver (3) offshore

Tresco - No sign of Shorelark at Pentle Bay today, but Iceland Gull still

St Mary’s - Iceland Gull again on dump today. Grasshopper Warbler and Common Sandpiper at Porth Hellick and Lesser Redpoll at Carn Friars.
