Garganey – A juvenile on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Wryneck – 1 St. Agnes.

Great Spotted Woodpecker – 1 in bushes by Newford Duck Pond.

Yellow-browed Warbler – 2 Lower Moors, 1 Garrison, 1 Higher Moors, 2 Old Town Churchyard,1 Tresco and 2 Bryher.

Firecrest – 8 on St. Mary’s and 1 on Tresco.

Pink-footed Goose – 2 still on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Ring Ouzel – 1 Airfield, 1 Deep point and 1 Carn Friars., the first birds of the autumn.

Red-throated Diver – The summer-plumage was still in Old Town Bay.

Jack Snipe – 1 Shooters’ Pool, Lower Moors and 1 Higher Moors.

Black Redstart – 1 Porthcressa.

Wigeon – 8 on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Pintail – A female on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Red-breasted Merganser – 1 in Tresco Channel.

Great Northern Diver – A partial summer bird of Bar Point, the first of the autumn.

Sooty Shearwater – 1 on a short-range pelagic trip.

Manx Shearwater – 2 on a short-range pelagic trip.

European Storm-petrel – 2 on a short-range pelagic trip.

Little Grebe – 1 on the Great Pool, Tresco.

Golden Plover – 1 on the Airfield.

Whimbrel – 1 Pelistry, 3 Tresco and 1 Bryher.

Arctic Skua – 1 on a short-range pelagic trip.

Great Skua – 3 on a short-range pelagic trip.

Mediterranean Gull – 1 Porthcressa, 1 Tresco and 1 on the short-range pelagic trip.

Merlin – 1 Porth Hellick.

Lesser Whitethroat – 1 Garrison.

Spotted Flycatcher – 7 on Bryher.

Pied Flycatcher – 1 Jac-a ba and 2 at Newford Duck Pond.

Redstart – 1 Higher Lanes and 1 Tresco..

Whinchat – 1 Porth Hellick, 5 Bryher, 1 St. Agnes and 2 Tresco.

Yellow Wagtail – 4 Porth Hellick and 1 on Tresco.

Reed Bunting -2 on Bryher.
