St Mary’s – The Common Crane spent most of the day in the Higher Moors area, occasionally commuting to Lower Moors. A merlin and a Hobby wet seen at the eastern coast of St Mary’s and a Golden Oriole was seen at Watermill. A Jackdaw was in flight over Hugh Town in mid morning and a Ring Ouzel was at Bant’s Carn in the evening.
St Martin’s – A Marsh Harrier and a Hobby were seen over the island today.
Bryher – A Purple Heron was sen in flight over the island as was a ringtail Montagu’s Harrier with a subadult Yellow-legged Gull seen on the pool. tow Golden Orioles were also seen on the island today.
