Tuesday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – 3 Cory’s Shearwaters flew past Deep Pont.

St. Agnes – A Dunlin and a Hobby.

At sea – A Sooty & 4 Cory’s Shearwaters were seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.

Wednesday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Roseate Tern and 2 adult Mediterranean Gulls were in Porthcressa. The Hooded Crow was in Church Street, Hugh Town.

At sea – 5 European Storm-petrels, a Sooty Shearwater, a Cory’s Shearwater and an Ocean Sunfish were seen from the Scillonian III on the crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.

Thursday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – 3 Whimbrels were on Porth Hellick Beach, 5 Greenshanks were on Porth Hellick Pool, 2 Common Swifts were over Porth Hellick Down, a Great Skua was off Church Point and 2 Ocean Sunfish were in Porth Hellick Bay.

Annet – 30+ Manx Shearwaters were offshore.

Inter-island waters – A Mediterranean Gull was in Tresco Channel.

At sea – 2 Sooty Shearwaters and a Great Skua were seen on the evening pelagic trip.

Friday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – An adult Mediterranean Gull was in Porthcressa Bay.

Samson – A Black-tailed Godwit.

Saturday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The only report was of 8 Common Swifts over Maypole.

Sunday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Mediterranean Gull was in Porthcressa Bay, 4 Common Swifts were over the island and 6 Common Dolphins and an Ocean Sunfish were off Peninnis.

St. Agnes – A Whimbrel and a Common Swift.

Tresco – 2 Shovelers, 13 Whimbrels and a Yellow-legged Gull.

St. Martin’s – 1000+ Manx Shearwaters, a juvenile Yellow-legged Gull, 30 Common Dolphin and an Ocean Sunfish were north of the island.
