St. Mary’s – The Semi-palmated Sandpiper, a Curlew Sandpiper, 4Little Stints, a Common Sandpiper, 4 Common Snipe and aJack Snipe were on Porth Hellick Pool and the American Golden Plover was still on Porth Hellick Beach. A Wryneck & 30+ Northern Wheatears were at Giant’s Castle and another 20+ Northern Wheatears were on Peninnis.

St. Martin’s – A Grey Phalaropewas in Great Bay. Also on the island were 2 Mediterranean Gulls, aYellow Wagtail, 50+ Northern Wheatears, a Whinchat and aSpotted Flycatcher.

Tresco – 6 Pink-footed Geese, aRuff and a Little Stint.

St. Agnes – 60+ Northern Wheatears and 3 Lapland Buntings.

Bryher – A Common Sandpiper, aHooded Crow, a Common Redstartand a 11 Northern Wheatears.

At sea – Seen on the short-range evening pelagic trip were: 10European Storm-petrels, a Sooty Shearwater, 15 Grey Phalaropes, 2Great Skuas, 2 Arctic Skuas, 20Short=beaked Common Dolphinsand a Blue Shark was caught, tagged and released. An unexpected sighting at sea was a Northern Wheatear.
