Sunday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Serin & the juvenile Rose-coloured Starling in the allotments opposite the incinerator, the 2 Greenland White-fronted Geese were on Porth Hellick Pool and a Yellow-browed Warbler was between Old Town Church and Carn Leh.

Monday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Serin and the juvenile Rose-coloured Starling were still in the allotments opposite the incinerator, a Great Northern Diver was in Old Town Bay and a Firecrest was in Carreg Dhu Gardens.

Tresco – A juvenile Iceland Gull was off New Grimsby Quay and an adult Mediterranean Gull & 4 Great Northern Divers were viewed from the Old Blockhouse.

St. Agnes – 2 Glaucous Gulls (an adult & a second-winter).

Tuesday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Black Redstart was on Hugh town Quayside.

Tresco – The juvenile Iceland Gull was on Abbey Pool, a Little Grebe & a Shoveler were on the Great Pool, 2 Grey Plovers & 5 Knots were seen on rocky islets off the Old Blockhouse and a Black Redstart was at New Grimsby. 6+ Great Northern Divers were offshore.

St. Agnes – Still 2 Glaucous Gulls (an adult & a second-winter).

Inter-island waters – An adult Mediterranean Gull was in The Roads.
