St. Mary’s – At Porth Hellick a Cetti’s Warbler (a Scilly rarity), a Siberian Chiffchaff & a Woodcock were trapped and ringed. Nearby were 2 more Woodcocks and the juvenile Osprey was fishing in the pool with limited success. A Serin and a Yellow-browed Warbler were on the Garrison.

St. Agnes – The Dusky Warbler was still at Barnaby Lane, the Pallas’s Warbler was at Troy Town, a Little Bunting was seen at Periglis & Cove Vean, a Barred Warbler was also at Periglis and a Marsh Warbler was at Island Fields.

Bryher – A Pallas’s Warbler was near the church

At Sea – Grey Phalarope, Great Skua and Sooty Shearwater were seen by birders from the departing Scillonian III. Also over 200 Common Dolphins, 2Tuna sp. and 2 Minke Whales.
