The 2 Black-necked Grebes were in Town Bay all week and the juvenile Glaucous Gull was seen at Porthloo on Monday (20/02), Thursday (23/02), Friday (24/02) and Sunday (26/02). The Cetti’s Warbler was seen or heard several times during the week, always in the vicinity of Porth Hellick Loop Trail. 8 Sanderlings, a Dunlin and 6 Little Egrets were at Porthloo on Monday (20/02), a pale-bellied Brent Goose was at Pendrathen on Saturday (25/02) and a Balearic Shearwater flew west past Peninnis Head on Sunday (26/02).
