Monday Birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Hooded Crow was still in Hugh Town.

At sea – 2 Sooty & 30 Manx Shearwaters, 40+ European Storm-petrels, a Great Skua and 3 Ocean Sunfish.

Tuesday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Hooded Crow was still in Hugh Town.

St. Agnes – A Whimbrel and 2 Curlews.

Annet – 7 Curlews and 250+ Manx Shearwaters.

At sea – An Arctic Skua was seen from a fishing trip just outside the islands.

Wednesday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Hooded Crow was still in Hugh Town, 2 Common Swift were over the Garrison and a drake Tufted Duck was in Lower Moors.

Thursday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – The Hooded Crow was still in Hugh Town.

Annet – A Marsh Harrier, 11 Curlews, 70+ Manx Shearwater and an Arctic Skua.

At sea – An Arctic Skua was seen on the evening pelagic.

There were no reports for Friday (24/06) or Saturday (25/06).

Sunday’s birds were:

St. Mary’s – A Hobby was at Porth Mellon.

Tresco – 2 drake Tufted Ducks, a female Pochard with 2 young, 3 Turnstones and 10 Whimbrels.

Samson – 19 Curlews.

Monday’s birds were:

Tresco – The Iberian Chiffchaff was still on Abbey Drive and the 2 drake Tufted Ducks & a female Pochard with 2 young were still on the Great Pool.

Annet – 120 Manx Shearwater and 20 Common Terns.

At sea – The evening pelagic produced the first Wilson’s Storm-petrel of the year and also seen were 15+ European Storm-petrels, a Sooty Shearwater, 3 Great Skuas & 2 Ocean Sunfish.
