St. Mary’s – 3 Cory’s Shearwaters flew past Peninnis Head and the Lapwing and 8 Greenshanks were on Porth Hellick Pool.
St. Martin’s – A Northern Wheatear and 2 Ravens.
At sea – A European Storm-petrel, a Cory’s, a Great, 2 Sooty and 2 Balearic Shearwaters were seen from the Scillonian III on the morning crossing from Penzance to St. Mary’s.
The highlights on the evening Birders Special pelagic trip were: a Wilson’s Storm-petrel, 50+ European Storm-petrels, 22 Cory’s Shearwaters, 2 Great Shearwaters, 2 Great Skuas, 6 Common Dolphins and an Ocean Sunfish.
